Carl Howe
Carl is currently Director, Enterprise Software Research at Yankee Group in downtown Boston. Prior to joining Yankee Group in 2008, Carl founded and blogged at Blackfriars Communications with Joe Butt. Carl was named as one of the top 20 most influential U.S. industry analysts by Technology Marketing magazine based upon his work at Forrester Research. Carl has commented on technology in television venues ranging from CNN Headline News to The Today Show, and he speaks frequently at events in the US, Europe, and Asia. He has also commented on technology trends for All Things Considered, Marketplace, The Wall Street Journal, and The Times of London, as well as for other national and international publications.
