Nautilus: Sun Capital Boosts Stake to 6.6%

In an amended 13D filing on Nautilus, Inc. (NLS), Sun Capital Securities disclosed a 6.6% stake (2.1 million shares) in the Company. This is up from the 1.71 million share stake the firm disclosed for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

The firm made no changes to Item 4 of the filing, which in the original filing said they have no present plans or proposals that relate to or that would result in any of the actions specified in clauses (a) through (j) of Item 4 of Schedule 13D.
